Not pushy and very polite. Second, there is not a contract because they know they will exceed your expectations and keep using them. Third, the technician that came out communicated with me through text and very friendly. I was desperate! We paid someone else for a year and my grandson and I still got knotted up from mosquito bites since we are allergic. I cut back trees and kept grass so low it is dirt now. Nothing worked.  There is water all around us so I thought we were just going to have to live inside. You could see them sitting on my door waiting to attack like a mob when we let the dogs out.  They were horrible! I tried everything.  After the first day of using mosquito Joe we can now hang in the pool, tend to garden, play in sand box and feed the chickens without one bite! I will continue to use them. Cheaper than toxic mosquito spray, essential oils,  bracelets and stickers that we were constantly purchasing.
