Their communication is outstanding and their service is reliable.  This year our technician is Emily, before that it was Jose.  They are both very conscientious.  The number of mosquitos in the yard has dropped to virtually zero.  Last year a family member developed Lyme Disease but since he travels a lot, we do not believe he was bitten in our yard. However as a precaution, they include a booster with our applications.
