Their customer service is exceptional – everyone I’ve interacted with has been so friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They are incredibly communicative and always keep me updated with texts about treatments, which is so appreciated especially with dogs. And their products really work! We’ve noticed a huge difference and can finally enjoy our backyard. Friends and family have also commented that the mosquito presence is much lower at our home compared to theirs. My large dogs love to be outside all the time. Heartworm is caused by mosquitoes, so the large amount we had were dangerous to them. I called Mosquito Joe and the owner Michelle was so nice and thoroughly explained their process to me. We are on our 2nd year with Mosquito Joe and we have been able to enjoy our yard since the very first treatment. I love my yard! Mosquito Joe is very good with communication. I get a text on the day before they plan to come, when they are on the way, when they start, and when they finish treatment. Michelle and Joe responded quickly with any questions I may have and they have excellent customer service. I highly recommend them! Thanks MosquitoJoe!

We even live on a pond. Makes me feel much better about all of us in the yard but especially young ones!
