*EDIT* – I originally accidentally posted this review (negative) for this regional location rather than the corporate franchise Google account as I had intended to do. The owner of this franchise responded and let me know my error. The professionalism of his response is commendable and I would like to apologize for accidentally posting a negative review to his location. I have changed this to 5-stars purely because I thought his response was extremely nice. If MY franchise owner exhibited this level of professionalism I would likely to still be doing business with Mosquito Joe. *ORIGINAL* – I’ve been a SE regional customer of Mosquito Joe for 3 years. A month ago, I received my first service of the season. About 3 weeks later, we didn’t see our technician as we normally would. About 4 weeks later, I reached out to our franchise office to see when our next scheduled appointment would be. I received no call back. Fast forward a few weeks, multiple texts, and multiple voicemails – I received zero reply. Today, 5/15/26 I call the corporate office to ask them for assistance in getting in touch with someone. A few hours later I get a generic automated email from the corporate offices stating “Thank you so much for your interest in Mosquito Joe services, unfortunately we do not currently have a franchise serving your area.” I replied and asked if this was sent in error… I’m not interested in services, I’m an existing customer. What gives? Then – finally I get my answer. The franchise office in my location has closed. Not once over the last month have I received any communication informing me this was coming. And I had to chase answers for several weeks to try and give them my business. This should not be that complicated… You have a franchise closing? Call their clients and either help them connect with another service location or just TELL THEM what’s going on. Now, I have to go find another service provider and wait to get on their schedule. While our yard has been untreated for a month and a half. I would never recommend doing business with this company again. Because if anything goes wrong with your individual franchise office, GOOD LUCK getting support from the corporate offcies. Which is such a shame, because we had a decent experience with Mosquito Joe up to this point.

Just started my service with them and it’s been excellent so far. The initial booking (with Reba) was easy and fast. The two gentlemen that came out to the house (Antwan and Joe) were super nice, informative, and worked diligently to ensure all our areas of concern were covered around the house. 10/10 recommend!

Both Antoine and Joe were extremely awesome. They did a wonderful job so happy with this company.

Chris was extremely patient and flexible when I was delayed for our appointment. He went above and beyond by moving my trashcan after a large tree branch had fallen, which I really appreciated. Courteous and efficient, he treated both my front and back yard diligently but also quickly. Highly recommend his services!

Chris has been one of our regular Mosquito joe technicians. He is always professional, friendly and knowledgable any time I have a question regarding the service. He takes his time to be thorough in the application as well which we appreciate!

We used to not be able to stay out in our backyard but now we have no mosquitoes. We’ve had Mosquito Joe for 4 years now and will have them for many more.

We’ve been using MoJo for several years. The bimonthly sprays are good in our heavily treed/shrubbed yard, but we also purchased a LIV+ system for our outdoor patio. It has been just what the doctor ordered! They’ve been wonderful to work with and always very responsive when you need them.

We are happy with mosquitoe Joe.I can sit on my patio and walk in my yard without getting bit by mosquitoes. Adian answers our questions all the time when we ask. We will continue to use them.

First application lasted maybe 17 days. Second application, I was attacked by several mosquitoes the same after, next day only a couple, third day none. Still early in the game trying to navigate the usefulness of it. Over all, it works.

Having mosquito Joe take care of our property means we can sit outside on the warmest summer night and enjoy the evening, knowing our ankles and arms are safe from bug bites. We like how professional and how nice the staff is, whether it’s on the phone (they give you courtesy calls to let you know when they’ll be coming by) or the tech that comes and services our yard (I just met Aidan this afternoon, another stellar member of the Mosquito Joe team!), they’re always dependable, courteous and kind, the consummate professionals.
