I requested specific areas to be targeted as I was having an infestation in a specific area and he responded right away and asked for details so he can really focus on those areas. I have been very happy with mosquito Joe, even when I have experienced sometimes that Mosquitos have come back in-between sprays (which is rarely) they immediately respond with another treatment. I have all good things to say! Many fun days and nights in our yards! The difference since before we had Mosquito Joe is life changing, we can finally use our outdoor space!

The phone call was extremely pleasant and informative everything from costs to application of the 2 products used was explained in detail I never felt rushed or pressured into making my decision.
