There was a slight misunderstanding with my booking time, which annoyed me at first, but the office apologized and squeezed me in later that evening. The technician stayed professional the whole time and carefully treated both indoor and outdoor areas for mosquitoes. Much more peaceful sitting outside now.

I like a company that does not lock me in to a contract. That is why I chose Mosquito Joe’s of Suburban Cleveland. My two year old grandson is going to visit us from the Nashville area in a week. His yard is treated for ticks, fleas, and mosquitoes. I wanted my yard to be treated two times prior to his arrival. Although we have never had a problem with these pests before, I had my yard, trees, and bushes treated. Michael was my applicator. He was friendly, courteous, and explained what he was doing. Patty in the front office was also friendly, courteous, and returned by calls, emails, and texts. They were cheaper than many of their competitors also. I highly recommend them to you.

I realized today that I haven’t gave a review yet. This will be our 3rd year and they definitely deserve the review. Mosquitos were a huge issue on our property prior to using them. Now we are able to go out and enjoy our property. I tell everyone about them and how much they have helped us. My daughter and myself are mosquitoes magnets and this has definitely helped us out. Everyone is easy to deal with and very helpful. I was sad to lose our guy from last year but I was able to talk to our new guy today and I think we will be ok. I also love how they do not force a contract on us. I always believe a company who doesn’t force a contract on you knows their work speaks for itself. And will keep you continuing to use their service without forcing you. Which has definitely kept us around and I appreciate you not forcing it. Thank you for doing such a great job and being so great to work with!

Let me say, I am for safety. I have goats, a mini horse, 2 cats,2 dogs. Yes. After spraying, we still have thousands of fireflies, butterflies, and all kinds of critters! But for human safety,we choose Mosquito Joe because they are safe and effective against mosquitoes! I had an uncle who had West nile virus and nearly died. We do NOT want that, and have been getting this treatment for over 5 yrs now. It’s absolutely safe and a blessing as we live outdoors in the summertime.

Mosquito Joe has saved our summers (and spring and fall). As a family, we seem to be covered in bites the second we step outside. But now, at home, we are able to enjoy our outdoors. Customer service is always helpful if we need to move a date or need a respray. Communication is top notch.

I really enjoyed working with Mosquito Joe over the last few years. Prior to their help I was unable to go in my yard unless it was the middle of the day. Most of the morning and all of the late afternoon and evening or just late with mosquitoes. With all the disease they carry I was so glad to minimize their presence in my yard. Skeptical about the effectiveness of this type of treatment, especially with a creek running through our wooded backyard. But after experiencing our neighbor’s patio two doors down that had Mosquito Joe treat their yard. We immediately scheduled treatment for our property; Game changer! We have used Mosquito Joe for a number of years and have been thrilled with the results! We have a large deck in the back yard that gets extensive use for 3 seasons & we haven’t been bothered by mosquitoes as long as we’ve had Mosquito Joe!

Professional and friendly technicians. Absolutely can tell the difference. Mosquitoes not completely gone obviously, but we can enjoy the backyard at night without repellent. Highly recommend.
