Professional and capable company with excellent service man

I had a ticket problem. They are gone. Mosquito Joe was recommended to me by my sister, who lives on the North Shore. I live on the south shore, and she was delighted with their service, so I had them come. They were very professional on the phone and explained their product to a Tee. The gentleman that showed up was very polite. Professional did a complete spraying of my yard, and so far.So good, I think I will keep my faith with them. I recommended them to my twi neighbors here in Patchogue and they came back the same day for my one neighbor and I expect to see them here next week.For my other neighbor and i’m sure they will be as happy as I am.

From the first time I called Mosquito Joe’s, everyone has been very accommodating and very professional. I had previously called another comapny for tick spraying. I had asked specific questions about the work to be done and upon their arrival was told the scope of the work would be totally different. The tech suggested I call Mosquito Jo, which I did. Totally different experience. I had a clear description of the work to be done as I had concerns about the dogs picking up ticks particularly near the fence behind trees. I was assured that was definitely an area that would be covered. As I was out at the time, my husband took video of the spraying where it was clear that every area was thoroughly covered. I am only sorry I did not keep the video to post here. Totally professional experience with the office staff and the tech who was sent to our home.
