From the first time I called Mosquito Joe’s, everyone has been very accommodating and very professional. Brittany and Mia have gone out of their way to explain everything and follow up promptly and accordingly. I had previously called another comapny for tick spraying. I had asked specific questions about the work to be done and upon their arrival was told the scope of the work would be totally different. The tech suggested I call Mosquito Jo, which I did. Totally different experience. I had a clear description of the work to be done as I had concerns about the dogs picking up ticks particularly near the fence behind trees. I was assured that was definitely an area that would be covered. As I was out at the time, my husband took video of the spraying where it was clear that every area was thoroughly covered. I am only sorry I did not keep the video to post here. Totally professional experience with the office staff and the tech who was sent to our home.

Definitely cut down the number of mosquitoes in out yard. We are next to a sump so this helps a lot. If we need to change an appointment, they are very accommodating.

I have utilized Mosquito Joe’s services for years now. Their sprays have been incredibly effective, not only in controlling the mosquitos in my yard that is a block off of a preserve, but also in controlling the spotted lantern flies that have invaded the area. I have had about 10 lantern flies in my yard this season while other people in my area can’t go out in their yards due to the invasion. For the couple of times where it may have rained a lot right after a spray and it wasn’t as effective with the mosquitos, the company has been wonderful about coming out to provide an extra spray. The staff is friendly, considerate, and really work hard to meet my needs. Today, I forgot to close my windows for the spray I was due for. Austin went out of his way to contact me about it and to reschedule to come back later in the day when I could get the windows closed. He was appropriate, kindly, courteous, and responsive, and he got the spray done.

We are new customers of mosquito Joe and are very pleased with their service. We have had Will come here four times so far to spray for lantern flies or just mosquitoes in general. He always sends me a text message to let me know when he’s on his way and is very thorough with his spraying. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you, Will.

I have been using Mosquito Joe for quite a while and I have to say Andy was the best technician I have had yet. Because of him I will continue to use Mosquito Joe. He is knowledgeable and professional… I had a few questions and he had the answers. He explained what sections need to be sprayed heavier because of how mosquitoes migrate and it was so helpful. I requested Andy for all my future sprays.

I never write reviews, but the young man who came to our house was great. I watched him spray everything and moved anything that had to be moved with care. I would definitely recommend this company! He was incredibly thorough and hands-on, making sure every area was carefully treated. You can tell he takes real pride in his work and genuinely enjoys what he does—it truly shows in the level of care and attention he gave. I really appreciated his professionalism, dedication, and the time he took to make sure the job was done right. Also, Manager Brittany and her coworker Madi were very helpful and kind on the phone—so pleasant to speak with and made the whole process easy from start to finish.

I’m very happy with my service . The guy who sprayed was awesome and very thorough! We started out the spring with a very bad tick problem . Every time our dog came in from outside he had at least one tick on his paws . We got sprayed , mind you I asked them to be very thorough and the guy who sprayed , Austin , he definitely was ! ! He did a great job ! He sprayed everywhere I asked him to and some . He took his time and didn’t rush either which I was super happy about. .. and bc we had so much rain recently , he came back and did a free “respray” , which he also did a great job with . And bonus points , he brought cookies for my fur child ! He also was very good at answering any question’s I had . Thank you Austin ! We look forward to seeing you throughout the summer when you come back to continue our services and finish up our remaining sprays . I signed up for the first three sprays and bc they did such a great job , we may just continue to get sprayed depending on the needs for our home .
