Tim texted 30 mins prior to arrival, I let him know I had a sleeping baby in the house and to just do his thing without having to knock at the door. They notify us days in advance when they’re coming and on the day they’re coming they text before they arrive. Great company

He arrived on time and was super friendly. Asked if I had any questions. My dogs were loud but I’m sure they’ll be appreciative when we’re not pulling ticks off of them later.
