We have been using MJ for years. The service is always impeccable and communication is timely. Today we had Johnny as our technician. He was pleasant and professional when greeted at the door. He was informative and thorough. He educated my family on safety measures before starting his work. After completed, he came back to describe the areas that he treated and explain why he treated them. We would welcome Johnny back anytime!

What I like most about Mosquito Joe is the customer Service I get from the guys who come out to spray. I had Johnny come by today and he was above and beyond kind, helpful, and very positive.

Always a good experience. Whenever we interact with the workers, they have always been professional and friendly. Today we had Johnny who went above and beyond to ask about and spray extra areas in regards to the safety of our children. He was incredibly friendly: my kids always get excited when they come to spray and followed him from window to window waving, he had fun with it, always waving back. This is all in addition to not having seen a single tick since we started with them a year back and virtually zero mosquitos (we live in the woods and the ticks can be bad).

The tech, Johnny is exceptional. Excellent personality and very professional.

I have used Mosquito Joe for years and have always been really happy with the service. However, recently I was not happy and felt like not enough treatment was being used. Thanks Johnny keep up the GREAT SERVICE!
