Our Team

Hollie is a native Texan born and raised in the San Antonio area. She has been married to Lee Woodham, her best friend, since 2003. They have two beautiful children and several pets rescued from local shelters. Hollie has over 20+ years’ experience in the corporate world. Prior to starting Mosquito Joe in 2015, she served as the Vice President of Operations, for a local healthcare staffing company, she oversaw Human Resources, IT and Privileging and Credentialing. Her passion and love is not limited to the outdoors. She has a servant heart for serving her community and an unwavering commitment to our clients.

Lee is our Chief Executive Officer, aka, Head Joe! He is a native Texan born and raised in the Dallas/ Ft Worth area. He has been married to Hollie Woodham, the love of his life, since 2003. They have two beautiful children and several pets rescued from local shelters. Lee has been in the corporate world 30+ years including roles in healthcare as a senior vice president for a fortune 5 company and with a top 5 management consulting firm for several years. When outside became a battlefield with mosquitoes versus an escape Lee decided to do something more. He wanted to enjoy their backyard without these flying biting insects and share that opportunity with other families and their community! Thus leading to the opportunity to own a Mosquito Joe and make outside FUN again for his family and friends.

Larry helps manage and motivate the Metro NWDFW Mosquito Joe team! He has been a part of our Mosquito Joe family from the beginning. Fun fact, Larry was actually our second hire in 2015 and thankfully has never left. He is responsible for ensuring our equipment and vehicles run smoothly and is always looking for ways to improve daily operations. Larry is originally from Chicago and moved to Texas 15 years ago with his then fiancé Lorie. Larry and Lorie were married in 2015 and have a daughter named Riley. They are very active in our community, their church and love to spend time outdoors without the nuisance of pesky mosquitoes. Larry loves to tinker by working on various projects around the house. He is somewhat of a handyman so his honey-do list is always long!

Robert manages the office and leads our efforts in marketing, scheduling, routing, customer communication, and the overall customer experience. He plays a key role in keeping our team organized, responsive, and ridiculously easy to do business with. Outside of work, Robert enjoys working out, watching & playing sports, playing chess, and spending time outdoors. He also has a creative side and enjoys art, live music, painting, and photography. His appreciation for the outdoors connects closely with the work we do every day: helping customers enjoy their yards, patios, and outdoor spaces with more comfort and peace of mind.
