I LOVE the outdoors. Before Mosquito Joe we couldn’t sit on our deck or porch without getting eaten up by mosquitos. I couldn’t even do daily gardening and lawn care. Outside really is fun again! Their communication via email and texts is excellent. After a recent treatment I notified MoJo that we had some dead june bugs and carpenter bees on our porch. Although these are undesirable bugs and I am glad the carpenter bees can no longer destroy our wooden furniture, the owner (Michele) called and texted me, addressing my concern about mosquito treatment affecting other insects. She is dedicated to environmentally friendly products and practices, and the technicians have been careful to avoid the pollinator pockets in our yard. She offered to switch us to a botannical treatment, which we will do, to ensure more protection to especially the pollinators. I very much appreciate her personal attention to my concerns.
