We’ve had Mosquito Joe service our yard since moving to North Carolina a little over two years ago. Their staff is very professional, customer service oriented and ALWAYS a pleasure to work with. We had an issue with one of our sprays where we felt it didn’t help with the mosquitos. After calling the office to let them know, they quickly came out and sprayed again without charge. This company really is TOP NOTCH!!!!! Erica is so helpful! Thank you so much Mosquito Joe staff! As long as we live in an area you service, you’ll have this customer for life.

We appreciate the good people at Mosquito Joe so much! They truly care about each of their customers and go above and beyond to respond to feedback and address customer needs. We have used this company for several years after a less than optimal experience with another mosquito company. Recently we moved into a rental home while our primary home is being renovated. The rental has a huge mosquito problem so I called Mosquito Joe. Even though they were short staffed and it was short notice Brian came out within 24 hours. He is working so hard for us to make a difference while we stay here and continues to check in to see if things have improved. This company is top notch!

Brian from Mosquito Joe of Western Wake came out for our second treatment and, once again, was fantastic—friendly, professional, and really thoughtful. The first time, he avoided our edible plants, and this time he used a garlic-based treatment. Who knew the same garlic we love in food helps fight mosquitoes too! We started treatments a bit late this season, but Brian’s given us real hope we’ll get to enjoy our backyard again. Highly recommend!

I was skeptical about these services (the internet will do that), but after the last three services I’ve been blown away by how good this is. Even with bug spray I couldn’t be outside for more than 5 seconds, now I don’t even need bug spray. DaQuan came out for our service and he was very professional, knowledgeable and super helpful. He even sprayed the spots we didn’t think to spray, like underneath the porch because water collects down there when it rains. All in all, I’m very impressed with Mosquito Joe.

From the first time my wife and I met Brian, we knew he was great at what he did. My wife is very tough to please and he won her over at the first meeting. We had a competitor doing or mosquito spraying and my wife was not impressed with them. But I can tell you that changed when Brian stopped by. He takes time to explain things; he walks the property and talks with my neighbors too. Since we have had Brian (mosquito Joe) neither myself, my wife or any of my grandkids have gotten bit. We are saying goodbye to all chemical repellents.

Brian from Mosquito Joe came out today for our first treatment and also installed two mosquito traps. He was great! Friendly and informative, he evaluated the property, even asking about any herbs we had to avoid treating them, before he started his treatment. He was honest about our initial expectations after the first treatment and what we could expect from following treatments. Highly professional and also personable, a rare combination these days. We are late to the mosquito game this season, but Brian gave me hope that our backyard could be fun again. I look forward to working with this company.
