Love Mosquito Joe! Our tech, Randy Bralynski is great. Always takes the time to answer all of my (many) questions. Prior to Mosquito Joes my family couldn’t enjoy our yard for more than a few minutes then we’d get attacked by mosquitoes. Additionally, we had ants in our kitchen despite how clean I kept the floor. Mosquitos/ants – gone! We enjoy our backyard now and don’t have ants all over our kitchen. Also I like how I get a reminder email the day before they come to spray. And Randy texts me a little before he arrives so I know to get my dog in from the yard. Needless to say I’m very happy with them!’

I am not surprised with a 4.9 rating of 192 reviews! First let me start out with, I am a real pain in the ass. I expect everyone in the world to be accountable for their actions, for their promises, to be polite, to be kind, to be straight forward -mean what they say, say what they mean -to be honest, to be caring, to be considerate and to be helpful to others. It is what I live by. There are only two service companies that I deal with for my residence in which I am so comfortable and assured with, so trusting that they will do the right thing, always, only two companies that stand out with the consistently greatest of employees who genuinely present as enjoying their work, abound with knowledge, and plainly, consider customer service/satisfaction an important part of their service offered. One is my pool service company and the other is Mosquito Joe of Yardley/Jackson. Kristina, Santiago, Mabel and Jesse, and the initial person I spoke with (name, forgotten for the moment), when first communicating with them are really very fine people. They are easy to communicate with. I usually exclusively use email and ignore texts, but I recently discovered they have been texting me communications also. They are also readily available on the phone for questions and answers and schedules. No run arounds. Straight, easily understandable answers. They all know what they are talking about. It’s not one hand does not know what they other hand is doing. One of the perks I *especially* love about Mosquito Joe of Yardley/Jackson is their care for their customers’ pets. I always know exactly what date they are coming. I always have a good idea of the time. Our dog spends most of his spring, fall and lazy summer days outside, in and out, in and out, in and out, but only comes in for some pets, talking to and a nibble of food or a quick nap. Most days he is outside all day. Without fail, Mosquito Joe of Yardley/Jackson will ring my bell, because they know we have a dog, and let me know they have arrived. I then keep an eye on when they leave and keep the dog in for an hour (more than necessary, but I give it a little extra time), and let him out after the hour without worry. My prior company was not very attentive to this matter. I did not know any company was until Mosquito Joe of Yardly/Jackson! I really don’t know what I love most about this company. Their customer service, the effectiveness of their product or their care for the safety of our dog. Probably their care for our dog! :) We use, not the botanical product, but the more potent stuff. We’ve never seen a mosquito. Whatever they use works very well! Thank you Mosquito Joe of Yardley/Jackson!
