I absolutely adore Mosquito Joe—and, more specifically, Rusty, our service technician. That man is fantastic. He is professional, thorough, friendly, and has somehow become part of the family at this point. 😂 In all the time we’ve used Mosquito Joe, I’ve had exactly one complaint/issue. The farmland directly adjacent to our property was harvested, and apparently that came with an unexpected bonus: a significant increase in mice—and eventually rats—deciding that my house looked like a lovely new neighborhood. My cats were thrilled. The humans? Not so much. 😂 I contacted Mosquito Joe about the sudden influx, and Amy not only made sure the information got to the technician, but personally came out at the next appointment to inspect everything and make sure it was handled properly. That kind of follow-through really impressed me. And that’s what I appreciate most about Mosquito Joe: I’m not paying for someone to simply show up and check a box on a calendar. I’m paying for a service. They come out as often as needed to make sure there aren’t issues and that the service is doing what it’s supposed to do. Is anything ever 100% perfect? Of course not. But I have seen a drastic improvement, and the difference has been absolutely worth it. In fact, I honestly believe this service has saved me money in the long run. Between traps, replacing things, throwing away food, and generally dealing with the expense and aggravation of unwanted houseguests, the cost of the service is easily justified. Sometimes paying for prevention and a company that actually responds when something changes is much cheaper than dealing with the aftermath. And apparently I’m not the only one who thinks so. My parents started using Mosquito Joe after seeing the difference at my house, and they’ve been extremely impressed as well. Now another family home is starting service. So, Rusty, I’m sorry to report that your excellent service has resulted in a family-wide Mosquito Joe takeover. 😂 If you’re considering giving them a try, I highly recommend them. Great service, great people, excellent follow-through, and—most importantly—a noticeable difference. And yes, my cats may be disappointed that their “toys” are disappearing, but the humans in this house are very happy about it. 😂

Great service always. The tech is here when he says he will be here and if I have a problem they are quick to respond. Tech Richy is very nice and works fast. Happy with this company .

Mosquito Joe is the name I trust. I have been a happy customer of different branch in a different state for 7 years, when I was living out of state. When I moved to my new home in this state, I found this local Mosquito Joe to have my new place sprayed. They are just as good as the out of state branch I used before. Very professional, super nice, and they did a great job. I got same-day service, and their technician was excellent. He did a wonderful job at my house. I will stay with them as long as I live in this area.

We had a tick infestation that was so atrocious, we would pull 2 to 3 off of our dog after 10 minutes of her being in the yard. We discovered Mosquito Joe at the Pittsburgh Spring Home and Garden show and after speaking with the franchise owner we knew they were the ones that could help. The owner explained in detail exactly how the treatment would be implemented and given our biggest concern was the safety of our pets along with our neighbors dogs, being told exactly what was being used as treatment put us at ease knowing it was safe. We also liked the option of going botanical once the infestation was under control. They were treating within days and we have not seen a tick since! Dan, the technician that treats our yard is fantastic! He is pleasant, courteous, professional, and has even halted a few wasp situations that we hadn’t noticed! Great company. Great service. I would recommend them to anyone!

Sean is always just a phone call away from any special need we may have – and, bees nest, etc. And Amy always answers are calls quickly and gets us whatever we might need! My husband and I love working with the folks from Mosquito Joe! We love sitting on our back porch having dinner with no mosquitoes or even flies. I work in my garden with no bugs on me or my plants. And they take care of those nasty yellow Jackets and other stinging creatures.The folks at Mosquito Joe treat us like family, even checking on us after the tornado came through last summer. We called Mosquito Joe to handle a roach problem. They gave us a very reasonable quote, came out, and sprayed thoroughly indoors and outdoors. The roaches were persistent, and Mosquito Joe had to come back three more times… all covered by the initial payment. I haven’t seen a bug for weeks. They are thorough, professional, clean, quick to respond, reasonably priced, and they follow through on their guarantees. If we have any more pest problems in the future, I’m calling these guys.

I called them on Tuesday to remove a massive nest of wasps from a tree in my parents’ house. My parents are elderly and I was concerned that they would get stung. Mosquito Joe came out the next day and safely removed the nest that was about 25 feet high. They are great people and highly recommend them for any outdoor bug needs. They also take care of my yard for ticks to keep my dogs safe.

Great elimination of Lantern Flies!

Always there when we need them! A few years of great service.

As an avid gardener I will not do without this service. My backyard and flowerbeds are biting bug gone and honey bees doing their thing. Best value in pest control. The crew is always responsive. Recently we had a huge bold face hornet nest. They eat honey bees, and are vicious predators. Sean came out immediately to kill them and destroy the nest. Love their service! And they are good people too! Highly recommend. Using for 4 years.

This is something that I would highly recommend. There are too many awesome things to mention! First of all, my front porch is now usable again. It went from buzzing like a hive to nothing after the first treatment. The evening are much better as well when sitting outside. The staff is very communicative in what they have done and suggestions for services. I will definitely be keeping this service!
