Joe was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the system, answer all of our questions, and make sure we understood how everything worked. What really stood out was that he never pressured us when discussing future refills or maintenance. He simply provided the information and let us decide what would work best for us. That kind of honesty and professionalism is hard to find. The installation was smooth, the system looks great, and Joe clearly takes pride in his work. Because of the excellent service he provided, we would absolutely choose Mosquito Joe of Miami for future maintenance and refills.
