Dillon is an excellent representative for your company. He is pleasant and thorough. No reflection on Dylan as I think it’s more an organizational decision. It would be great if there was a way for your associates to be able and let the customer know that they will be in an area in the. Morning or afternoon. Your associates have been coming early in the AM. So I open the gates late the night before or early AM.. I just don’t like leaving the gates open all day especially if I’m not home. The reason is I have a pool and a woods behind me. Just a thought if at all possible. I love you guys!

Hired them to come spray my front and backyard in williamsville, NY. Lately there has been a problem with ticks. (Haven’t had an issue in 10+ years) I was extremely happy with them! I don’t know why I waited so long to do this! It covers a wide variety of bugs which we definitely have on the acre n half of property including a creek- They did a fantastic job- and will Come more than once if necessary no up charge. I will be a forever customer and I definitely recommend them to ANYONE!

This is the second time Chris has been our technician and he was thorough and professional. Did the job exactly as we had expected. This is our 4th or 5th year using Mosquito Joe and a good technician makes all the difference.

Dylan, my tech was fantastic, very thorough, and paid attention to detail when servicing my lawn. Mosquito Joe does a professional job all around..from customer service, product used, lawn tech’s and leaving the worry of getting rid of insects to them!

Excellent service

Mosquito Joe does a great job, this is our forth year using them and it’s quite noticeable from when we didn’t use them. Our technician, Alec was friendly and very detailed. One very important detail for us- he was great with our dogs (who were in the yard when he arrived) and he shut the gates when he was done!

Service was timely and prompt. Unfortunately I wasn’t home at the time to meet Vincent, but I’m looking forward to being able to enjoy my yard without the bugs. Thank you!
