We have been using Mosquito Joe this summer for the first time and it has made such a huge difference!! The mosquitos are not fully gone, but it’s at least bearable now! We have asked them to come respray once after a few rainy days and they were so nice and quick about it! We also asked them to avoid our veggie garden when spraying and everyone who has come out to spray has made sure to spray around it. Justin did our last spray and did a really thorough job! We appreciate that he let us know he was coming the day before and then sent us a text letting us know he was in route! We highly recommend this company!

I have been a customer of Mosquito Joe for over two years now. I am very satisfied and please with the product and customer service that I have had so far. My tech has been Jay and he is always commutative and punctual on the day of service. Today was a little different experience from the rest. I was not at home but text Jay to let him know that I had a couple of questions that I stated in tbe text. He advised me that he would walk the property and get back with me on solutions to resolve my issues or concerns. Lucky for me Jay was still on property when I arrived and I was able to speak with him face to face. He said that he had spoken with the office and that they put together a game plan to address my concerns. There was no complaints on the previous services neither was that service, just some issues that had developed. Mosquito Joe was proactive in my concerns and Jay was excellent in relaying them. Jay finished the service along with the minor adjustments to insure that my family and I will be able to enjoy our yard. Thank you Jay and Mosquito Joe.
