Laura called us to inform us that if it rains, we won’t see the results of their service and we would not be charged until we know what the weather was going to be like. I was very grateful because most companies just take your money and run. It was a pleasure to be seen as a human and not JUST a customer. THANK YOU LAURA!! it did not rain and the wedding was perfect!
