You showed to do the services and then realized it was about to rain. You could hear the thunder in the distance. You decided that it would be better to come back when the application that you were going to do would have a better chance to set in. You showed up the next day.

Technician was excellent. After the last service of the two, there was heavy rain after the application and I am concerned that the effectiveness would not be as successful this time around.

This is the first year we are enjoying our back yard in the evening after being in our house for more than 20 years. Thank you.

The applicators are always very pleasant. I would have rated this with a 10 if we received a closer time window when the spraying occurs. The time from 8:00-6:00 is a huge window to have to delay landscapers or pool maintenance by other companies.

I have their service since 2023, I am satisfied with their service! Several reason that make me to give 5 star: very easy setup account, easy and fast communication, excellent customer service. One time I complaint with the spay not good enough, because raining after spray, they come back in next day to boost. The technician knocked door before the service always, see if I have some request. Since I have their service, I feel more comfortable walk in the yard and garden!

We have had Mosquito Joe here for the last few seasons and have been extremely satisfied with the service. There were a couple of breakthroughs because of the damp weather but they came right out and sprayed again between scheduled dates. Thank you!!
