They do what they say which is very unusual with companies these days!

Technician was amazing, took care with my yard like it was his own. Even gave me a frisbee for the dogs. My only hesitation for a rating of 10 is that it feels like the formulation for the barrier spray changed last year. It doesn’t smell as strongly like citronella like it used to, and I feel like we are getting a few more mosquitos than we used to. Again, no way to measure or prove that, just feels that way and the change was never explained to us.

Signing up for the service was easy and intuitive. As soon as we signed up, the service started and we are always notified in advance and have a door hanger left by the service person. Billing and payment is also nice and easy. Best part of it is that, unlike the past, we have not seen a single mosquito this season and look forward to a summer full of backyard fun!
