Mosquito Joe is supported by a team of experienced technicians dedicated to ridding your outdoor space of pesky mosquitoes. All technicians are licensed and trained in mosquito control treatment applications and are a great resource for specific concerns you have about your yard. They not only enjoy making outside fun again, our team consists of people who have their hearts set on making our community a better place. Rest assured that you’re in good hands.
The MoJo Satisfaction Guarantee
Mosquitoes suck, but we are confident that you won’t feel that way about our mosquito control services. For that reason, we offer our MoJo Satisfaction Guarantee and never lock you into a contract. If you are not completely satisfied with the effectiveness of our mosquito, tick, and flea treatments, contact us within 14 days of your service (within 7 days of your Natural Barrier Treatment) and we will schedule a time to reassess your property and if needed, provide a booster service at no additional charge. If you’re still not happy after your booster application, let us know and we will be happy to refund your purchase price for that treatment. We pride ourselves on customer service and our job is not done until you’re happy and outside is fun again! Still not convinced? Meet The Owners
Scott and Stephanie joined the Mosquito Joe crew in early 2018 and are excited to start spraying for their friends and neighbors in the Knoxville, TN area. They provide a variety of professional mosquito control treatments including barrier sprays, all-natural treatment and special event sprays. But that’s not all; Scott and Stephanie want to make sure your yard is itch-free from fleas and ticks, too!

It’s a service industry that we feel like Knoxville needed. Until we learned about Mosquito Joe we didn’t know that barrier treatments and mosquito prevention was even an option.

It’s a toss-up. We love talking to customers and knowing that we are providing a service to help their families. We also love educating the community on how to protect themselves from mosquitoes and ticks. But the greatest satisfaction is when we get to meet customers in the field and personally kill the bloodsuckers!

Scott has strong organizational development skills and I (Stephanie) have strong customer service skills. We both grow frustrated when trying to get quotes or information from companies so it’s our goal to take the frustration away and be easy to reach and efficient at what we do.

We have a 5-year-old and he knows that we kill mosquitoes. He hates mosquitoes and tick bites and anytime he gets a bite away from home he states that Mosquito Joe needs to come here!
