What impressed me most wasn’t just the results — although we truly have no mosquitoes anymore — it was the level of customer service and attention to detail. Before even starting, the technician came to my door, already familiar with my property, but still took the time to ask questions about things like water pooling and areas of concern. He wanted to understand the property, not just show up and spray. What also stood out was how conscientious he was around my extensive landscaping and surroundings. The level of care, professionalism, and genuine human connection is something you simply do not find often anymore. Excellent product, even better people. Highly recommend.

This was our first treatment so hard to determine how it is working for us. What I can say is he was was for a good 30 minutes and our cameras did record the spraying of all the areas.

I can not say enough about the employees of his company. RJ and Page have the utmost patience. If u know me u know I am crazy about the safety of pesticides when it comes to my animals and my grand babies. I first spoke with RJ and went through what probably felt like a million questions and the whole time he was just explaining with every question no attitude just patience. And kept saying I’m sorry and he says don’t be sorry this is what we are here for to make u feel comfortable and confident in ur decision. Well I told him I would think about it. The next day I ended up talking to page and the same million questions and again so patient. I can not say enough but what I can say is go with the Joe for all those skeeter problems or any other out door needs! Thank u RJ and Page yall are awesome!!

This is the first year we’ve used this business, from the start they have been nothing but professional and the customer service has been A+. Called the office to get pricing spoke with the owner Linda and within a week we were on the schedule and they came and provided excellent service. It’s refreshing these days when you find a company that values its customers and takes pride in their work. After our first service we received a lovely handwritten welcome/thank you card. If you are looking for reliable & high-quality service I would highly recommend this company.

I hired them last year toward the end of the season after the floods left my yard swarming with mosquitoes. They were able to fit me into their schedule quickly and delivered fast, effective service. I can’t say enough good things about this company :) We have been using them for a few years and have been able to enjoy a mosquito free spring summer and fall! Prior to this we had to run for our lives just to get the mail pretty much! Even after all the flooding we barely saw any and they have been going above and beyond to keep them under control which is hard with how much rain we got but still able to enjoy a bite free summer! Always respond when you ask questions and move treatment up if needed! Highly recommend and good customer service is hard to come by these days, so we really appreciate them and recommend them to everyone! You won’t regret it!!!

I spoke with Johnathan and he was able to get me in the schedule before the weekend. Less than 24 hours after my call they were at my house spraying. Best company ever! They care so much about their customers! I emailed them about an additional service and they got back to me in minutes with a phone call to go over my needs!
