this is a first time experience. the contact person, Ricci, was VERY detail oriented (that is a REALLY good behavior) who set it all up and had to modify the application multiple times for the weather. once a date was set I received an email from Andrew who discussed the application with me beforehand and answered all questions. His performance was excellent, quick and efficient. I am still waiting for the MSDS sheet which details the product applied to the house and surrounding area which I am sure is on the way. I have already referred another to Mosquito Joe and I have 3 neighbors signed up (lots of mosquitoes in our yards!). The bill hasn’t arrived yet but the contract was explicit (see Ricci above!).

We were unable to trim the front hedges or work in the garden due to getting stung by swarms. Mosquito Joe came out and took care of the problem so we can resume taking care of our property.

We love mosquito joe! Cannot recommend them enough. I’m just mad we didn’t do this years ago. We live on a lot of property surrounded by woods, and have a water structure. I mean literally we mosquito buffet over here. We are finally able to use our backyard without bathing in bug spray! Their staff is super nice and helpful too. We are forever customers.

I called Mosquito Joe to have my yard sprayed for Mosquitos and Ticks. Their customer service was Great! They where great at setting up an appointment time and great at communicating when they came. The main reason I chose Mosquito Joe was because they offer an all natural spray, so I do not have to worry about my kids or dog playing out in the yard after they sprayed.

They let me know a few days and a few hours/minutes before they arrive to let me know. There are next to no mosquitoes in my yard and it’s a pleasure to be outside any time of the day during summer.

We live in the middle of the woods on a river. We couldn’t even take the dog out to potty without being carried away. Within a day of our first treatment, we were able to go out in the yard comfortably. We were able to use our back deck without tiki torches for the first time since living here. Customer service was incredibly responsive as well. I highly recommend this company!
