Great company. My yard has a wooded valley behind it, and before Mosquito Joe would come, it got so bad that we literally couldn’t walk to the back of the yard and back without getting several ticks on us. Since they have been spraying, we have *never once* gotten a tick in our yard, which is super important to us, since we have young children and animals playing out there. I also appreciate that they don’t have contracts, so it’s easy to stop and start service without any hidden consequences. You can call as late as the day before a spray and they’ll cancel it over the phone in a few seconds without penalty, guilt, or hassle. They have been helping us for years, and every year I have a delusional moment where I think I’m willing and able to self-spray our yard, so I cancel until I come to my senses. On rare occasions when I had questions or concerns, they’re responsive, professional, and kind. It’s a bit expensive, but ticks are both nasty and simply dangerous, so I consider it an investment in health more so than a nice-to-have. And while I don’t love spraying pesticides into the outdoors, they at least are mindful to avoid our butterfly gardens, and they say their spray is a geranium derivative allegedly safer for humans. If I were to offer any area for growth, I wish they could provide a more precise time of arrival with more of a heads-up. We know they come approximately every three weeks, and typically they text the afternoon before they come to say they will be coming the next day, and then we get 15 minutes when they’re actually on the way. I like to be home to open the gate for them, as I don’t love contractors prying the gate open from the outside, which warps the frame over time. I understand it’s hard for them to have a precise schedule far in advance, though, especially with them being so accommodating of cancellations. Also, to be fair, tons of contractors have pried their way into our yard, so the warping is not exclusively due to their visits.

Our experience with Mosquito Joe has been exemplary from the get-go. It’s always nerve-wracking to find a new company to service your buggies. We had service from another local company, and it was just not getting rid of our flea infestation. From the moment I took a phone call from Marcy, it was already such a lovely experience. My needs as a homeowner, pet, and human momma felt heard and she met them. Our technician, David, has been over the top amazing too. I have never seen someone with so much dedication to the cause in this field of work. He will spend an entire hour outside of our home to make sure every area gets sprayed and even speaks with us (if we are home) before he leaves to make sure we didn’t need any other services done. Between the ants and fleas this spring, we have felt very cared for by Mosquito Joe. They hear our needs and are true to fixing something if it isn’t done correctly the first time. They put community, family, and the environment first and that is SUCH a win in my book.

I had the cheapest service they offer last year and it is worth it. Amazing reduction in mosquitos. We live on half an acre with a ton of trees and a storm run off “creek” on one side, so the mosquitos get pretty bad. I hardly saw any last year, and when I did once between treatments (every three weeks), they came out and resprayed. Also, near total elimination of fleas on the pets. The customer service is also always incredible. Excellent service today. The tech closed my backyard gate before they left, which was major, since I turned my dogs loose without checking!! Thanks so much!!

Chase was our technician, he did great! Very polite, knocked on our door before starting service, he was very patient as I requested information, and to talk to the office for payment, got me all the information I needed so we could resume treatment with them. Very good experience.

We were recommended Mosquito Joes by friends and have been very happy with the customer service and yard service. Pricing is upfront and their communication is excellent. We have had some up and down weather but on our warm days bugs have not been an issue. I would strongly recommend Mosquito Joe to help with bugs this season.
