Walked all the yard with me to discover problem areas and gave detailed information. In the office, Jill has been a dream to work with. Also very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. We are tired of being a feast for the insects when in our pool or walking in our backyard and of seeing the swarm follow our poor doodle. Jill at the back office and John, our tech, have done a tremendous job of explaining what’s going to happen and how it’s going to work out. My interactions in person (John), by phone (Jill), and by text (Jill) and email have all been outstanding.
