Great product – first and foremost. I'm allergic to mosquitoes and I honestly am still kicking myself that I didn't research this type of service sooner. We live in a neighborhood with mature trees and our yard at times can collect some standing water. My family is outdoors often with our corgi and I was always getting eaten alive! This product has been amazing – I would say it took care of 90-95% of the problem in our yard. I requested my quote online and received information in less than 12 hours. The call was quick (maybe 5 minutes) and he explained the process and got right to pricing. The pricing was very affordable and the team came out every 3 weeks. I received an email reminding me of the appointment and I was able to pay online. It was very easy to cancel – they run typically April to October I believe. I will definitely be investing in their service next year.

UPDATE: After speaking with the owner I will say they made things right and I will continue to use them – since then our sprays have been much more thorough and we have seen minimal mosquitos – Not a great first experience. We had them come out to spray and the guy only sprayed our front yard and then left. I called to let them know our backyard did not get done and they contacted the guy who then said he did spray our backyard. I told the rep that I was in my kitchen the whole time cleaning and no one step foot in our backyard so they sent him back out. He came back, only sprayed our patio and then left again. I was told that we would have our entire perimeter sprayed including our entire yard and fence line – this did not happen. If we wouldn’t have been home we would have never even known they didn’t do a full spray. Not likely to use again

Signed up for services last week and so far have had 2 treatments performed. Donald did an outstanding job of spraying our front yard especially after I let CS know that we’ll be having a birthday celebration tomorrow. Donald was prompt and did a great job spraying the front as requested, he even came back to spray by our trash cans since we get a lot of mosquitos in that area.

We had a delightful young man, Jacobe, today from Mosquito Joe’s. I’m not gonna lie – I haven’t been motivated to write a review for Mosquito Joe’s before today. But Jacobe really struck me as a hard working young man who was doing his very best to provide great customer service. When he heard that we were going to be hosting a backyard wedding, he went above and beyond to consider what was best for our situation. A big thumbs up to you, Jacobe. Keep doin what you’re doin!!
