I had a backyard wedding with 40 people last Weekend. Festivities in the backyard were Thursday through Sunday and all were out of town guests. They couldn’t believe that Kentucky didn’t have mosquitoes!

After trying 3 different company’s Mosquito Joe is truly the best! The office staff they have are amazing at what they do. They explained each service they have to offer and were able to get me on the schedule within 2 days of signing up!! I love how easy it is to sign up with these guys just give them your card number and they take care of the rest. I have 5 children and I am always on the go,the last thing I want to worry about is scheduling something else! When the technician came out was extremely professional from start to finish! The fact they are pet friendly is even better. All I can say is way to go guys.

I’ve had huge mosquito issues over the years however, since I have started using Mosquito Joe I have had no issues. Laura is great to work with she took her time to explain the treatment options they have and how they work, I must say this young lady should write the book on customer service. I think the fact they back the services they offer with a follow up service if you are still having issues is amazing. Anytime I’ve had to call the office as been great. My tech that they sent to my house was great, he knocked on my door to let me know that he was going to start my service and let me know when he was finished as well. These guys are truly amazing at what they do and I am so thank full that my wife kids and myself can enjoy our pool and backyard with out being eaten alive.

Truly the best pest control company out there. I have no more mosquitos, fleas or ticks. The customer service is truly phenomenal. The office manager & office staff are truly the most kind hearted people I’ve ever encountered.

Better notes from the office to the service personnel would service know what is costumer is paying for My person thought I was only to get treatment for mosquitoes and not ticks and fleas. When he called the office they confirmed that the treatment should include all three. Fortunately I was home and could ask the question. The service was corrected immediately.
