The team (Jace & Robert) at Mosquito Joe (Garland/Richardson) are great! My online request was responded to quickly and scheduled a visit to my home sooner than I expected. Spring has sprung in the areas near White Rock Lake and the rats are too ;) Jace and Robert helped set everything up to combat these well-meaning but unwanted critters. Great pricing, straightforward and super responsive! Also, both guys know their rock (post, pros & metal music ;)

Will was wonderful! He answered all my questions and was super friendly and polite. He even looked out for the lizards BEFORE I asked about them and said they stay away from the bees, when they see them! I will leave another review in about 3 weeks to update! Also, the office was great! I called at 8:30am and we’re done by 2pm!

Was having an ant problem on the back patio, couldn’t figure it out on my own with home remedies. Robert was prompt, easy to talk to, and did a full perimeter sweep to help with the ant problem but also take care of anything else he saw and prep us for mosquito season. Great experience from start to finish, will be using them on a regular basis!

Braylon is an excellent employee for this company. We feel he is someone we can trust. He provided spraying for a mosquito problem we are having and In2care which is less toxic to the environment and reduces the mosquito population by natural fungus that they take to our he larva. Our problem is much improved. Wee are gettin In2care treatment which is 40/ month plus initial sprays. Mosquitoes carry severe illnesses

We’re always very pleased with our services and our latest tech, Will, does an extremely thorough job and is very communicative. We do still get mosquitoes from time to time (can’t help if neighbors don’t spray), but the treatment definitely helps reduce how many we deal with.

I’ve used mosquito Joe at two different properties now. Service is always great and communication is easy. Braylon is always professional and cares about his customers. I would recommend this group to anyone looking for help with pests!

Service has been great over the years. The communication is what stands out the most. The service tech, most often Mick, always gives a reminder of when they are on the way, arrive, and have completed treatment. That’s so helpful since I often work from home and may be gardening or working from the patio. An added bonus is he sends a picture proving they visited which is also helpful when I’m not home. They are respectful of my property and appear to treat thoroughly. I can’t attest to 100% mosquito eradication because a day or two after and sometimes in between treatment I still get bitten. Though, not as frequently as without treatment. I am a mosquito magnet. I can say that there is a difference in the mosquito population. I can always tell when it’s time for a treatment bc the mosquitos start to appear more active. Just when I want to call for treatment, I get the text that my property is scheduled soon. As long as I have the option to request a retreat in between schedule, I see the value.

Mosquito Joe does a great job every time and they’re great at communicating every step of the process – let you k ow when they’re coming, when they’re done and answering any question. But most importantly, they keep the mosquitoes away!

We’ve been really happy with our mosquito treatment so far. Mark, our technician, has been prompt and professional. I appreciate that I get reminder the day before, notification when he is en route, and again when he arrives. I get a follow up message when he’s done. We have dogs and young kids so it’s nice to be able to know exactly when our service is happening so we don’t have to worry about running out to the yard to get them. Our backyard is much more enjoyable now. Mark and Mosquito Joe make service a breeze for us.
