Mosquito Joe offers great service. They are excellent at communicating when they are coming or if they need to reschedule because of the weather. I love the more natural Option for mosquito control that they offer. It costs a little more but worth it!

We live in the tri-city area. We have used mosquito Joe for years prior to summer parties. They come out 2 times during the week of the party. It truly works as our guest have never complain of mosquito bites. Except for 1 year when I used another “mosquito” named company. There definitely was a difference. Arpesh is our technician this year. He is wonderful. Sent a text prior to coming out and gave an approximate arrival time which was about a 25-30 minutes lead time. When he came to do the second application our grass was very long- he was concerned if we cut the grass it would take away most of the treatment. On his own accord, he rearranged his schedule to come back the next day, after the grass cutting. I was so impressed with him and his professionalism. It was true customer service, which is a rarity these days.

Arpesh walked my yard with me. He was careful not to do areas where I knew there are bees and avoided my flowers. I love pollinators so I appreciate his care He offered to come back later because my cars were out. I told him they could be out for hours so I’ll will watch for them if they come back within a half hour of drying time

I called Mosquito Joe and they were able to come out the next day to handle our wasp nest plus a couple smaller nests that we were unsure of what they were. I called other pest control places and can say that Mosquito Joe gives competitive pricing. Arpesh was informative and professional, and did a great, quick job.
