The technicians are always professional and respectful. They text letting us know when to expect them to arrive and when they have finished. They always remind us to keep our dog in prior to and after the treatment. They make sure our gates are closed when they leave, and even point out an area that was problematic for mosquitoes with suggestions that we could do to mitigate the problem. We couldn’t be more pleased with the company and their service.

Mosquito Joe is fantastic. After one application, I noticed a difference and a reduction in mosquitoes bothering us in the evening. Chad is fantastic and always professional, answering any questions. Definitely recommend!

Mosquito Joe of Northern Va has IMHO the best customer service and product! Here’s why: we live in Annandale and our property contains many trees, brush, and landscaping flowers. We have feared enjoying our yard during spring and summer since we moved here in 03. The product used by mosquito Joe had absolutely let us return to outdoors at all hours of the day! In addition; the best part which rarely occurs; is if you have a concern; the management takes care of it immediately! Worth the service investment!

Over the years, several different technicians have come to my home, and all of them have communicated proactively the day before and day of service on arrival times and when the service was completed. My current technician is John, and he is no exception to the high standard of customer service. I have far fewer mosquitos in my yards, and if it unexpectedly rains after a treatment, i just call, and Mosquito Joe will send a technician back out to retreat the property. I also appreciate the discount on their annual service plan if you pay in advance. Thanks for the great experience!

Darrell is a great technician for you. He does a thorough job in our yard, which has lawns, woods, a play yard, and gardens, some of which I’ve asked for some special considerations. Thank you for getting us outside more.

We’ve been really happy with our service, they’re very responsive and available to answer any questions you might have. Works surprisingly well considering we live in a heavily wooded area and I appreciate their more environmentally friendly options.
