We just had our second spray with Mosquito Joe today and we have been thoroughly impressed by the work they have done and the customer service they provide. Customer service has been exceptional since our first booking including our most recent exchange this week. MJ emailed us the night before our spray to let us know they would be by at 3pm, we emailed back to say that we had a conflict and needed to use our yard at that time. Within 10mins Jodi replied to say they would gladly switch it to 10am. I greatly appreciated the quick response and the ease of rescheduling. Zach was on time today and, after hearing our dog nervously barking at him through the window, left a bag of treats along with the flyer that time stamped when the spray was done. The time stamped flyer is so helpful because it lets us know exactly when MJ arrived and when it is safe to go back in the yard. We are looking forward to seeing the results in the coming weeks as the weather heats up. We will certainly recommend.
