We have used Mosquito Joe’s for the last 2 (maybe 3) seasons. I have been most impressed by their professionalism and customer service. Jodi and Betsy have gone above and beyond as far as scheduling (when I forget to leave the gate unlocked!🤦🏻♀️) I have needed a booster probably twice since inception bc I’ve seen an errant mosquito or two-never a problem! A return visit happens within a day or two at most. With COVID we have spent much of our time outside morning noon and night-pesky mosquitoes have never run us in! It’s a great service worth the cost! If ever I’ve had an issue, the staff has been responsive and want customers to be satisfied. Bryan is a senior tech who was thorough and spent time treating possibly problematic areas! 5+stars!!!

With all the rain the last 2 years, it’s been very challenging to control the mosquitoes even with regular spraying. They care about customer service and always follows up promptly and efficiently if we have an issue or need an additional service. Jess our technician has been servicing our house for a few years now and is always friendly, polite and cares about doing a good job. Plus Jess always leaves treats for our dogs. Thank you Jess!

After the last 2 years dealing with companies that truly failed in providing customer care and good service, as a fairly new customer of Mosquito Joe company they have provided great service and discussion about my needs and seems to truly care about the customers needs unlike my last 2 mosquito companies. The customer service is very attentive and as friendly as it gets, and the technicians (Zach was the latest to come by) are very thorough, professional, punctual, and do a great job. Our yard is right on the marsh in Adams Shore, Quincy, so the mosquitos can be brutal throughout the summer. With Mosquito Joe though, we can hang outdoors all season long and not be bothered by mosquitos at all. Mosquito Joe is a must for us, total game changer for the summertime, and we highly recommend their service!
