*EDIT* – I originally accidentally posted this review (negative) for this regional location rather than the corporate franchise Google account as I had intended to do. The owner of this franchise responded and let me know my error. The professionalism of his response is commendable and I would like to apologize for accidentally posting a negative review to his location. I have changed this to 5-stars purely because I thought his response was extremely nice. If MY franchise owner exhibited this level of professionalism I would likely to still be doing business with Mosquito Joe. *ORIGINAL* – I've been a SE regional customer of Mosquito Joe for 3 years. A month ago, I received my first service of the season. About 3 weeks later, we didn't see our technician as we normally would. About 4 weeks later, I reached out to our franchise office to see when our next scheduled appointment would be. I received no call back. Fast forward a few weeks, multiple texts, and multiple voicemails – I received zero reply. Today, 5/15/26 I call the corporate office to ask them for assistance in getting in touch with someone. A few hours later I get a generic automated email from the corporate offices stating "Thank you so much for your interest in Mosquito Joe services, unfortunately we do not currently have a franchise serving your area." I replied and asked if this was sent in error… I'm not interested in services, I'm an existing customer. What gives? Then – finally I get my answer. The franchise office in my location has closed. Not once over the last month have I received any communication informing me this was coming. And I had to chase answers for several weeks to try and give them my business. This should not be that complicated… You have a franchise closing? Call their clients and either help them connect with another service location or just TELL THEM what's going on. Now, I have to go find another service provider and wait to get on their schedule. While our yard has been untreated for a month and a half. I would never recommend doing business with this company again. Because if anything goes wrong with your individual franchise office, GOOD LUCK getting support from the corporate offcies. Which is such a shame, because we had a decent experience with Mosquito Joe up to this point.

Just started my service with them and it’s been excellent so far. The initial booking (with Reba) was easy and fast. The two gentlemen that came out to the house (Antwan and Joe) were super nice, informative, and worked diligently to ensure all our areas of concern were covered around the house. 10/10 recommend!

No, you do not need to leave home during our mice extermination services. We do not enter your home or provide any interior services. We lure the rodents inside your walls to the exterior of your home, where we trap them.

First, our service professionals seal all the runways the mice might use for escape. Then, we use bait traps along the runways they travel to lure them out of hiding. We trap them and remove them from the premises.

Some mice exterminator services use a powerful rodenticide to control mice and rats. Not only can the chemicals harm humans, pets, and wildlife, but they risk mice carrying the bait back to their nests to sicken and die in the walls of the client’s home.
