Why Is Pest Control in Northern Delaware Important?

I contacted Mosquito Joe of Northern Delaware to request a quote for mosquito control less than a week before my daughter's outdoor wedding. The target area included a rather large clearing in a heavily wooded area, as well as two walking trails and a large grassy area. The office staff was professional, responsive and polite. Supervisor Ed Davis came to the property 2 days before the event, walked the grounds with us, told us what he recommended and shared the information about the specific products that he recommended for the job. The price was very reasonable and we agreed to the service. Mr. Davis was thorough, professional and friendly. Our experience has been very, very positive. Thanks, Ed!

Mosquito Joe has been good for us. Last year we did not treat for mosquitoes and you couldn’t be outside for any length of time without getting numerous bug bites. This year, with their service, things are much better. We still get an occasional bug bite, but that is consistent with Mosquito Joe’s statements about their service. And we probably wouldn’t want to never get a bug bite because that would mean the treatment was too harsh. We still see the timid bees, June Bugs and Hummingbirds on our property and as a result, we believe the treatment is effective, but not harmful.

Eddie at mosquito Joe does an amazing job. Very respectful, lets you know he is coming 15 min before, takes his time and actually reads the instructions of what I don’t want to be sprayed suck as food plants in one corner of the yard. Thank you Eddie for your hard work!

Edit 6:25 2:30 PM: Ken (the owner) and Brandon (a service manager) got back to me within 2 hours of my original complaint, Brandon within 30 minutes. Both were a dream at correcting and rectifying everything. Ken took the time to explain all the products used, how long they’ll last, etc.answer any and all questions. Thank you both again for your patience with me while I voiced my concerns and frustrations and making it right! Original Review 6/25 around 8:30AM: If I could give zero stars I would, I woke up today to them spraying my yard. I don’t have a contract or service plan with them I called my mom thinking maybe she gifted it to me without letting me know since she uses and loves them. Nope. THEY SPRAYED THE WRONG HOUSE. And when my husband flagged the tech down he goes “oh well guess you got a free spray,” as if it’s a joke. If we didn’t hear them spraying I would have let my dog out! I called customer service and got hung up on by Amber for “quality assurance” because she told me I couldn’t have a manager and called her out for no one even answering her let alone me, as well as it’s not natural because my husband wouldn’t have a headache from essential oils (which I use myself) and their wouldn’t be down time for a truly natural product. I have a food garden in my backyard that I put $1000’s into that I can no longer eat! Called back and had someone else who put in a call back for the brick and mortar or service people I guess. But not one person I talked to so far could give me a EPA registration number or safety date sheet on the chemicals sprayed in my yard. Everything is covered in a waxy weird film. I am absolutely devastated and livid.
