Our technicians are trained to inspect the property for active larvae populations and treat them accordingly. During our first visit, our technician will walk with you to help identify potential mosquito and tick breeding grounds and offer recommendations for eliminating standing water or extra brush or wood piles. Our technicians are looking for hot spots each visit and will leave all relevant notes on the post-service door hanger at the end of each treatment. Every three weeks, our team will return to treat your yard.

All of the barrier treatment products we use are synthetic forms of pyrethrins called pyrethroids. Pyrethrins are insecticides that are derived from a naturally occurring compound called pyrethrum found in the chrysanthemum flower. Pyrethroids are used in numerous commercial products that consumers use to control insects such as household pets insecticides, pet shampoos and sprays, and even lice shampoos applied directly to the scalp. The standard barrier treatments will effectively break the breeding cycle of ticks, mosquitoes, and fleas as well as some flies.

I did not get a text “heads up” the day before your last visit. Request you check that I still get those alerts. I did receive the e-mail alert; however, I don’t check that e-mail daily and often miss that alert before receiving the text when you are 5 minutes away. Overall, you provide a great service and we proudly display your sign and let our friends know about your services when the topic comes up.
