Rob at Mosquito Joe was very informative about the process. Explained everything from the chemicals used (Natural and Synthetic) to the billing method. Very thorough in all aspects. Drew arrived at the time he said he would and was very respectful, kind and again thoroughly explained what he's going to do and also provided suggestions for my yard. Would definitely recommend them. 5 Stars in customer service. I'll update if needed regarding how well the Mosquito repellent worked. We went with the Natural in case anyone is wondering. I've got to give a huge shoutout to John over at Mosquito Joe for coming through when I needed a hand with changing a flat tire. Even though he seemed like he had a lot on his plate, he didn't hesitate to lend me a hand. His expertise was evident as he tackled the tire change efficiently, and his willingness to help spoke volumes about the kind of person he is. And speaking of Mosquito Joe, their company ethos truly shines through in situations like these. Their dedication to being neighborly and helpful extends beyond just dealing with mosquitoes. There is no reason to look at anyone else for mosquito and tick care. The team is always professional and prepared. They are very respectful of the area they are covering. We’re on our fifth season, I believe, with MoJo and it’s something we totally value for our family. The dogs love to see them too!

I found the whole process very easy from start to finish. I called because I saw a yard sign and the gentleman who answered was courteous, funny, kind and did not pressure me or try to sell me too hard. He spoke about his product and services in a way I could understand without seeming to be reading from a script like most places do. He asked what we were looking for and offered his suggestion. He checked our property through Google street view and found what we needed easily based on our needs and property. They contacted us beforehand and after they treated the yard. They spoke with my wife and she said the technician was the same way. Courteous, kind asked if there was any and answered all questions. The treatments left us seeing immediate result after the first one and is continuing to do so after our 3rd now. Highly recommend the Glastonbury office if you have a choice.

I contacted the company and they reached back almost immediately. They took their time to explain the process, their products and answered all of my questions. Customer service was great. The treatment for ticks and mosquitos so far had been effective, although I have only done one treatment. I am optimistic to see results as the season progresses

First, their commitment to customer satisfaction is outstanding. They have demonstrated this time and time again with their excellent communication and willingness to reschedule if needed and to come back right after they left because I forgot to tell them something. Second, the service really works. Last summer I was able to enjoy being outside more than ever. I wasn't getting bitten by mosquitos and I no longer had to clear spiderwebs from my back deck daily. Mosquito Joe gave me back my summer outdoors!
