Fire ants thrive in warm temperatures and look for direct sunlight so open yards, fields, and parks are highly susceptible to fire ant colonies. Those unsightly ant mounds can appear quickly, especially after significant rainfall, which we’ve been having all year here in Houston.
Fire ants live in colonies in the soil and the mound you see above ground represents just a portion of the entire nest. To make sure we achieve maximum effectiveness, we treat your yard with broadcast treatments 4 times a year. We also treat individual ant mounds throughout the year between our broadcast treatments to effectively eliminate all fire ants from your yard. Just like our mosquito treatments, no contracts are required and your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Don’t get burned in your own yard by fire ants. Give us a call for more information or to request a free quote.

We've had a great experience with Mosquito Joe! Adam and the entire team are friendly, professional, and accommodating. They take the time to explain services clearly and answer any questions. Recently, we requested treatment for an additional area of our backyard. The team explained our options and pricing upfront, and Adam was able to complete the extended treatment that same day. We really appreciate their flexibility, communication, and attention to detail. Highly recommend Adam and the Mosquito Joe team!

Tanner from Mosquito Joe did an excellent job installing the misting system around our entire house. He was meticulous about routing the lines and making sure everything looked neat. We're very impressed with the installation and happy with the system. I highly recommend Tanner and Mosquito Joes!

Adam came out to spray the yard. Adam was great. I highly recommend this company. I had to call this company because our neighbors have used them for years. I never had mosquitoes because they had their yard sprayed. They recently moved. Now there are mosquitoes. Glad I called to get the yard taken care of.

Customer service so good, I thought it was a scam 😂 (that’s absolutely a compliment). Jill and Jonathan helped with scheduling and answered all questions at lightening speed. Both of them were pleasant to work with. Adam was our service tech, and was attentive to our concerns. Efficient and came when he said he would. We’re definitely using Mosquito Joe again.
