Even though he seemed like he had a lot on his plate, he didn't hesitate to lend me a hand. Everyone NEEDS to use Mosquito Joe of Hartford-Waterbury! It works! I was actually able to sit outside without bug spray and enjoy our guests until late in the evening. No pesky mosquitoes anywhere. I called because I saw a yard sign and the gentleman who answered was courteous, funny, kind and did not pressure me or try to sell me too hard. He spoke about his product and services in a way I could understand without seeming to be reading from a script like most places do. He asked what we were looking for and offered his suggestion. He checked our property through Google street view and found what we needed easily based on our needs and property. They contacted us beforehand and after they treated the yard. They spoke with my wife and she said the technician was the same way. Courteous, kind asked if there was any and answered all questions. The treatments left us seeing immediate result after the first one and is continuing to do so after our 3rd now. Highly recommend the Glastonbury office if you have a choice.

I happened to be home and observed the technician Jorge thoroughly spraying ALL of our shrubs, including inside a gated area, not just the tree-line perimeter, as I have seen other providers do.
