I called because I saw a yard sign and the gentleman who answered was courteous, funny, kind and did not pressure me or try to sell me too hard. He spoke about his product and services in a way I could understand without seeming to be reading from a script like most places do. He asked what we were looking for and offered his suggestion. He checked our property through Google street view and found what we needed easily based on our needs and property. They contacted us beforehand and after they treated the yard. They spoke with my wife and she said the technician was the same way. Courteous, kind asked if there was any and answered all questions. The treatments left us seeing immediate result after the first one and is continuing to do so after our 3rd now. Highly recommend the Glastonbury office if you have a choice.

Drew has been amazing. Drew arrives timely with a smile on his face and greets us. He was nice enough to warn me about a bobcat he seen sleeping under my deck. Drew made sure I knew about it due to the fact I have small children and wanted us to be aware of our surroundings. Since i started my treatment I’ve been able to sit outside and enjoy my yard. No more bugs flying around or mosquitos being a nuisance. I highly recommend Mosquito Joe! Thanks Drew & thank you Rob for your excellent customer service.

Great product and service. Honestly they are the only mosquito company out of 3 we have tried that we never have had to call back for a re spray. Our family wouldn’t be able to enjoy our pool or 1/2 acre yard if we didn’t have the yard treated by Mosquito Joe. This is a must have service if you and your family want to enjoy a mosquito free yard.

He 1st introduced himself to me, and then took the time to explain to me what he plans to do at my home. He did a walk around the outside of my home with me and again explaining the process as we walked. He did it with such character and personality!!
