We have subscribed to this company's service for several years and are pleased with our interactions. A few years ago, a neighbor stated that our yard was the worst for mosquito bites when walking by. No longer. No one is being attacked anymore. This past week ( 04/2024) Tim Punch was here for mosquito yard treatment. He sent a message letting he would be here and met me to introduce himself. Mr Tim Punch is friendly and professional. It is always nice to know the people providing service at the home. I no longer have mosquitos in my house at night. We are not bitten when we walk outside. We are very happy with this care.

We’ve used Mosquito Joe for many years at 2 properties. Paris is out latest tech and he is awesome – very thorough and personable. I love how they use text to communicate when he’s coming as well as send a follow up video after giving me pointers on things he sees in the yard. They are also prompt when needing to reschedule for weather.

When rescheduling is necessary for any reason, the front office is always wonderful, easy to work with, and prompt. I want to give a special thank you to our tech, Lorenzo – he is always on-time, contacts us ahead of time when he is on the way, and makes sure to send a video message when work is complete. He takes particular care to treat all areas of our property, including some hard to reach areas uphill and covered in English ivy that is not always fun to venture into. But I can tell you it makes a difference for us because he does. We appreciate his work ethic, attention detail, excellence, and attitude so much – thank you, Lorenzo. Trayvon starting treating my lawn in the spring and applied monthly applications throughout the summer.
