I called because I saw a yard sign and the gentleman who answered was courteous, funny, kind and did not pressure me or try to sell me too hard. He spoke about his product and services in a way I could understand without seeming to be reading from a script like most places do. He asked what we were looking for and offered his suggestion. He checked our property through Google street view and found what we needed easily based on our needs and property. They contacted us beforehand and after they treated the yard. They spoke with my wife and she said the technician was the same way. Courteous, kind asked if there was any and answered all questions. The treatments left us seeing immediate result after the first one and is continuing to do so after our 3rd now. Highly recommend the Glastonbury office if you have a choice.

Given the land and woods on and surrounding our property we were shocked at the amount of ticks we were pulling off our dogs (we even had them crawling in our beds and around the house). After the first application we went from several dozen ticks a week, to just one tick a week later. We are on their monthly plan and the peace of mind and time saved pulling ticks off our animals (and kids) was well worth the cost. We were so impressed, we decided to sign up for their mosquito treatments as well. All in all it was a very pleasant and informative discussion with Rob that had me sold on their services. We would (and do) recommend their services to anyone in need of tick and mosquito management. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience for our whole family!
