    I've got to give a huge shoutout to John over at Mosquito Joe for coming through when I needed a hand with changing a flat tire. Even though he seemed like he had a lot on his plate, he didn't hesitate to lend me a hand. His expertise was evident as he tackled the tire change efficiently, and his willingness to help spoke volumes about the kind of person he is.     I contacted the company and they reached back almost immediately. They took their time to explain the process, their products and answered all of my questions. Customer service was great.     Great product and service. Honestly they are the only mosquito company out of 3 we have tried that we never have had to call back for a re spray. Our family wouldn’t be able to enjoy our pool or 1/2 acre yard if we didn’t have the yard treated by Mosquito Joe.     Rob at Mosquito Joe was very informative about the process. Explained everything from the chemicals used (Natural and Synthetic) to the billing method. Very thorough in all aspects. Drew arrived at the time he said he would and was very respectful, kind and again thoroughly explained what he's going to do and also provided suggestions for my yard. Would definitely recommend them. 5 Stars in customer service. I'll update if needed regarding how well the Mosquito repellent worked. We went with the Natural in case anyone is wondering.     I’ve suffered from being bitten very badly each year by mosquitos. It’s been so bad that I hated going outside in my yard to take out our dogs or sit on our patio. Then a friend told me about Mosquito Joe. My husband and I decided to give it a try. AMAZING! I’ve loved being outside all summer and continue to want to sit in my yard. My legs and arms do not have gross mosquito bites and scapes on them. This is the first time in years that I’ve truly enjoyed being in the great outdoors. Thanks you Mosquito Joe!
