    Where do I begin!? From the amazing customer service over the phone for initial consultation to the custom text messages I receive when my Mosquito Joe technician is on their way to my house. The overall customer service is UNBELIEVEABLY amazing. I use MJ for mosquito control on our property in Ocean County, NJ and boy what a difference their service makes! When we experienced our first summer in our home, I swore I entered a scene from Jurassic Park due to the size of the mosquitos I was seeing EVERYWHERE. I was recommended to MJ by a client of mine and I am so happy I made the commitment. I spoke with a lovely young woman over the phone to initiate my account followed by monthly reminder emails (typically the day before they plan to come spray) and a text message the day of (within an hour or so of arrival) from the technician. I love the fact that they email and text because we lock our gates to the yard and we are able to prepare for the arrival of the MJ team to allow them to enter the yard etc. I saw a huge difference the first day they sprayed and it just improved as the sprays continued through the season. Need to reschedule your spray appointment? NO WORRIES! They are so accommodating when it comes to rescheduling. The amount of information that the Mosquito Joe tam provides is amazing as well!
