We have been using mosquito Joe for the past couple years now and have noticed a huge difference. Since we started using their services, we have not had to deal with the headache of fogging, burning citronella etc on our property only to have it quickly wear off And then the mosquitoes would come right back. Also, their customer service has been EXCELLENT! Our tech Stephanie is the best!! Wonderful company to work with! I highly recommend.

Great work, easy to talk to, professional and educates us about our property and how to not attract mosquitoes in between scheduled services. They greet our little ones as they wave to see who is in our yard. Plus, our MoJoe team understood us when we reported our neighbors continue to walk their dogs on our lawn despite the standard Mosquito Joe signs. So they placed the huge sign on our lawn about the size our toddler. Maybe dog owners will get the "big picture" now! Lol Thank you for your service!

We have been using this service for 4 years. We love this company, they have truly changed our yard into a bug free, enjoyable environment. Brandon B has been our primary technician over the years and he does a FANTASTIC job understanding our problem areas, taking care to be careful around veggie garden and checking to see if we have fish in our little pond. He's always pleasant and answers any questions we may have. The overall customer service experience from technicians to office personnel is above and beyond. I highly recommend this company if you love to enjoy your pool and outdoor space, it's a game changer! I always tell my husband it's the best service we never knew we needed! We live in Honeoye Falls, NY for reference. Oh, almost forgot, our dogs are happy campers- no fleas, no ticks!

John and Kate are top shelf! They worked with us to identify our dogs allergies to different mosquito/flea/tick treatments and we have found a winning combination. We have a better then ideal environment for mosquitoes to prosper yet there are none. BBQ. Pool. Outdoor projects. Nothing. Healthy dogs and happy homeowners. Highly recommend!

We live on a fairly large acreage surrounded by wetlands, needless to say the environment is a Mosquitos dream. A few years ago we were frustrated as we were getting eaten alive sitting on our deck so we decided to give Mosquito Joe of Rochester a try. They came out, made recommendations, and did the initial spraying. From that point on we are able to "enjoy our yard again"! ALL of our fiends have used other services for one reason or another, when they come and visit they immediately ask who we use to keep the mosquitos away. Mosquito Joe of Rochester comes highly recommended!
