When I called to get more information the gentleman who answered was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He provided all the information I wanted and scheduled service in a timely manner. They sent a text the day before service then two before they arrived that morning. Kevin was the technician and answered more questions and was patient, polite and responsive to my concerns. He did a thorough job spaying and I’m looking forward to enjoying my backyard without getting eaten alive for the first time in 13 years of living here. I was concerned about my birds and bees and I like the fact that MJ has Enviromentally friendly products that won’t harm my birds, bees or other pollinators. That you Mosquito Joe!
