Mosquito Joe of Walpole is a great company. Kathy the owner is very accommodating. We have mosquito Joe come on a regular basis. However over the years if we are having an outside event they are great about being flexible and coming off schedule as needed. We use the environmentally friendly spray and find it definitely keeps the mosquitos away.

We have used Mosquito Joe for over 3 years now and it is THE BEST thing we have done for our house / family. One evening last year we wakes over to our neighbors yard and they were complaining about the bugs there (and you could see a swarm of them over our heads), then we recommend (and referred them to) Mosquito Joe, and ever since both our yards have been mosquito free!!!

Mosquito Joe is the best around. The crew is very friendly and thorough when they spray. When I was unhappy with one service I called the branch and they immediately came back and sprayed again. The Branch manager is extremely responsive and very friendly. When I started with Mosquito Joe last year, one of the techs noticed I have a brook behind my house after walking the property. He offered an additional treatment for the water (Mosquito Dunks – they look like little donuts) He explained the benefits and assured no harm to the ducks and any other living animal. Just the larvae of mosquitoes) I’ve been super happy with the team and will continue to use them even if I were to move.

We have a lot of shrubs and decorative plants in our yard, and in the past had a lot of mosquitoes. After we started with mosquito Joe 3-4 years ago, that stopped so we could enjoy our yard again. In addition, our dogs haven’t had a tick since we started having them treat, and they climb through the shrubs and the woods. . The thing I like the most is that if there is a treatment that is mistimed with rain, etc, and the mosquitoes pick up again, they’ll come and treat again for free off-schedule. I would highly recommend Mosquito Joe’s service!

I was outside picking tomatoes from my garden and got 2 mosquito bites. I was not due to be sprayed for another week. I emailed Kathy at 5pm (we were having people over for dinner the next night). Kathy had a tech (Brett) at our home the next morning! Brett was attentive, answered all my questions, and was really helpful. I have been with Mosquito Joe for several years now. Their customer service is THE BEST! Very happy with their service and highly recommend them!

Excellent customer service + Effective products! Kathy and her team at Mosquito Joe are outstanding! Their product effectively eliminates mosquitoes in my yard for the full 3 weeks between treatments. I assume the ticks are eliminated too, as I haven't seen any. But I know for sure that there aren't mosquitoes because they were terrorizing us before we started using Mosquito Joe! Our backyard is surrounded all 3 sides of the fencing by water (swamp, stream, small river) but our yard is virtually mosquito-free! All day, zero mosquitoes. At dusk, there are a few. But can you imagine that we see mosquitoes only a few at dusk in this water-logged area?! Fantastic outcome. I would be remiss if I did not also mentioned the excellent customer service that Kathy provides. She answers the phone right away, or she calls back as soon as possible. She provides a lot of details about how her crew works, the products they use, and the outcomes of their work. Additionally, I receive an email the day before our yard is sprayed so I know they'll be coming. Finally, Kathy's crew is polite and attends to details. My personal favorite has been the way they re-secure our back gate, which has an older latch + a bungee cord. I don't have to worry about my dogs or young kids escaping (or any neighbor kids getting into our pool area) because the crew always secures the gate when they leave! So appreciated.
