The Mosquito Joe. crew is always very friendly and respectful when they come to our home and are always open to answering any questions we may have. The reminders they send the day before that they will be coming are super helpful also. Kathy S. the owner / operator has always been super helpful and will always pick up the phone or respond to e-mails in a very timely manner. There was one exceptionally rainy period one summer and caused a pretty bad Mosquito problem and we weren't scheduled for service for a few more weeks. I called the office and Kathy basically said, "No problem, we'll get someone out there tomorrow" and they did. That is great service! Great service, excellent results and reasonable rates. What else could you ask for?

I love this company and now I can go in my backyard in the summer. They are prompt and the treatments work great. For example, on July 4th weekend I was outside all day dominating in a game called Corn Hole. From sun up to sun down I was crushing my friends, family, and my neighbor and not once did I lose a game or get attacked by a mosquito. Between Mosquito Joe and my crushing Corn Hole skills, it was a win for everyone. God bless this company and my golden left arm.

The technician was hard working, professional and always on time!! I can't say enough about this company and their product application. Outstanding customer service, excellent price overall, and most importantly, my family can now fully utilize our yard, firepit and pool area! Prior to Mosquito Joe, we would be eaten alive any time we did yard work, used the pool, grilled, etc., and any outdoor gatherings, pool parties etc. were miserable for guests due to the mosquitoes. We live in a rural area near conservation/wetlands, with 2 acres of land, so it has always been a challenge with mosquitoes and ticks. We have tried various mosquito and tick remedies over the years to no avail, and as a result, have never fully enjoyed our property until we hired Mosquito Joe. They are also professional, responsive, flexible and stand by their guarantee. They have made such a huge difference. We are so glad we found them!

Great results after the 2nd application but don’t set your expectations too high. Remember with nature it’s impossible for something to be perfect. However in our experience we had a high population of ticks which were pretty much extinct after the first application. Mosquitoes are a little bit tougher but we are able to sit outside later and longer this summer. We fully expect to be near 99.9% mosquito-free by our third application. Feel good about our decision overall. Good price. 100% satisfaction guarantee. Up to date status via email or text. Easy billing and scheduling. Most likely will go with ‘Joe’ again.

Live in Pepperell near river and wanted to be able to enjoy our backyard this year but the bugs on steroids had other plans. Found Mos. Joe and Sean tech.
