Mosquitoes were so bad that I came back in from watering flowers and counted over 25 bites in just a few minutes. I started staying in the house even though I am an outdoor person. My little grandsons like to play outside when they visit. One afternoon I noticed that the 3 year old had mosquito bites on his face. I called Mosquito Joe that same day after seeing their truck in the area. They were super nice on the phone. No contracts. No pressure. They sprayed our lawn and came back 21 days later and sprayed again and I have not seen any mosquitoes. My grandsons and I are enjoying the backyard again. I can't believe I didn't call Mosquito Joe sooner! A little expensive (about $25/week) but I will sacrifice something else to be able to enjoy being outside again. Thank you Mosquito Joe of the Bluegrass!

Nathan was excellent for our first mosquito/tick treatment- he stayed in constant communication via text to let me know when he would be arriving, and once he was finished. This is really helpful when you aren't able to take calls. Customer service in general with Mosquito Joe of the Bluegrass has been exceptional, and certainly made it easy to make the choice to utilize their service. I don't recall the ladies name who originally followed up with my initial contact, but she was amazing! So informative, and made the connection very personable. You hardly ever find service like that anymore.
