I have worked with my fair share of home service providers over the years, and Mosquito Joe has been one of the the absolute best. Emails sent to them are responded to quickly and professionally. They take the time to call and check up from time to time to make sure I am happy with their service. Most importantly, they email and text me the day before services are scheduled so I can plan for it and not be surprised. What's more, they show up when they say they will each and every time and have yet to let me down! As a homeowner, one of my biggest pet peeves is when contractors don't do what they say they will and leave me waiting around – Mosquito Joe has never once done this and for that reason I won't ever call anyone else for mosquito and tick treatments at my house. This is a shining example of how a business should be run.

We really love this Mosquito Joe! We have used multiple mosquito control companies and Mosquito Joe Walpole- Waltham is the absolute best!!! So professional and efficient! We have over an acre and could not be happier with the service and the price. We tried a cheaper company and they just don't compare to Mosquito Joe.

I switched from a less effective company to Mosquito Joe and have been happy. I pre-pay for the season and get a discount which means one simple electronic bill I can pay online. They come every 2 weeks during the mosquito season like clockwork. They notify me by text the day before, and if I need to postpone the appointment, they easily accommodate that through text or email. Most importantly, if there is a period of heavy rain between treatments or we see breakthrough signs of mosquitoes for any reason and call about that, they add an interim treatment for no additional charge. Their model is really geared towards results in this way. They also provide a portal so I can look back on my service history, pay bills etc.

The Mosquito Joe. crew is always very friendly and respectful when they come to our home and are always open to answering any questions we may have. The reminders they send the day before that they will be coming are super helpful also. Kathy S. the owner / operator has always been super helpful and will always pick up the phone or respond to e-mails in a very timely manner. There was one exceptionally rainy period one summer and caused a pretty bad Mosquito problem and we weren't scheduled for service for a few more weeks. I called the office and Kathy basically said, "No problem, we'll get someone out there tomorrow" and they did. That is great service! Great service, excellent results and reasonable rates. What else could you ask for?

We are so very fortunate that friends recommended Mosquito Joe! During these times of EEE and West Nile virus, we wanted protection when we are outdoors on our property. The technician was hard working, professional and always on time!! For the mosquito elimination, we requested and received their all natural botanical spray – no chemicals as we live on a pond, and to our surprise – this worked perfectly!!!! All their staff are kind, friendly, accommodating and willing to answer any questions. I highly recommend Mosquito Joe!!!
