I’m the neighbor of a family that relies on Mosquito Joe. While we don’t spray our yard, they do and I’m thrilled with MJ. Other neighbors use other companies that won’t tell us what they are spraying and will not give us notice when they will be using it. MJ of Walpole-Waltham is great- they are open and clear about what they are applying. Most importantly, they call us ahead of time! Keep your neighbors happy and go with Mosquito Joe. (And my neighbor swears by the effectiveness of a spray that he feels comfortable being applied where his little kids play.)

They take the time to call and check up from time to time to make sure I am happy with their service. Most importantly, they email and text me the day before services are scheduled so I can plan for it and not be surprised. What's more, they show up when they say they will each and every time and have yet to let me down! As a homeowner, one of my biggest pet peeves is when contractors don't do what they say they will and leave me waiting around – Mosquito Joe has never once done this and for that reason I won't ever call anyone else for mosquito and tick treatments at my house. This is a shining example of how a business should be run.

Their model is really geared towards results in this way. They also provide a portal so I can look back on my service history, pay bills etc.
