I switched from a less effective company to Mosquito Joe and have been happy. I pre-pay for the season and get a discount which means one simple electronic bill I can pay online. They come every 2 weeks during the mosquito season like clockwork. They notify me by text the day before, and if I need to postpone the appointment, they easily accommodate that through text or email. Most importantly, if there is a period of heavy rain between treatments or we see breakthrough signs of mosquitoes for any reason and call about that, they add an interim treatment for no additional charge. Their model is really geared towards results in this way. They also provide a portal so I can look back on my service history, pay bills etc.

Excellent customer service + Effective products! Kathy and her team at Mosquito Joe are outstanding! Their product effectively eliminates mosquitoes in my yard for the full 3 weeks between treatments. I assume the ticks are eliminated too, as I haven't seen any. But I know for sure that there aren't mosquitoes because they were terrorizing us before we started using Mosquito Joe! Our backyard is surrounded all 3 sides of the fencing by water (swamp, stream, small river) but our yard is virtually mosquito-free! All day, zero mosquitoes. At dusk, there are a few. But can you imagine that we see mosquitoes only a few at dusk in this water-logged area?! Fantastic outcome. I would be remiss if I did not also mentioned the excellent customer service that Kathy provides. She answers the phone right away, or she calls back as soon as possible. She provides a lot of details about how her crew works, the products they use, and the outcomes of their work. Additionally, I receive an email the day before our yard is sprayed so I know they'll be coming. Finally, Kathy's crew is polite and attends to details. My personal favorite has been the way they re-secure our back gate, which has an older latch + a bungee cord. I don't have to worry about my dogs or young kids escaping (or any neighbor kids getting into our pool area) because the crew always secures the gate when they leave! So appreciated.

She was also beyond responsive when I would reach out about time frames so that I could plan accordingly. I have recommended them to many friends and family – I will be using them next summer for certain!
